The College reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any programme, module, or aspect of the curriculum with reasonable notice to enrolled students. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be made to minimise disruption to students' studies.

4.1 Payment Obligation

All students are required to pay the applicable tuition fees, registration fees, and any other levies as specified by the College for each academic session. Fee schedules are published at the beginning of each academic year.

4.2 Payment Deadlines

Fees must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule communicated by the Bursary Office. A minimum of 60% of the total semester fees must be paid before or at the commencement of each semester. Failure to pay may result in:

• Restriction of access to lectures, practicals, and examinations
• Withholding of examination results and academic transcripts
• Suspension or withdrawal from the programme

4.3 Fee Refund Policy

Fees paid are generally non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

• The College cancels the programme for which fees were paid (full refund)
• An applicant withdraws their application before the application deadline (partial refund of any paid fees, minus administrative charges)
• A student withdraws within the first two weeks of the semester due to documented medical emergency (partial refund at the College's discretion)

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Bursary Office and are subject to approval by College Management.

4.4 Fee Changes

The College reserves the right to review and adjust fee structures annually. Students will be notified of any fee increases at least 30 days before the commencement of the affected academic session.

Students are expected to uphold the highest standards of personal and academic integrity. By enrolling at Hephzibah College, you agree to abide by the College's Code of Conduct, detailed in the Student Handbook.

5.1 Disciplinary Procedures

Violations of the Code of Conduct are dealt with through the College's formal disciplinary process, which includes investigation, hearing, and appropriate sanctions ranging from a formal warning to suspension or expulsion, depending on the severity of the misconduct. Students have the right to be heard before any serious disciplinary action is taken.

6.1 College Ownership

All content on our Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of Hephzibah Modern College of Health Science and Technology or its content suppliers, and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11.1 Dispute Resolution
