Prepare all required documents before starting your application. You will need:
- 4 recent passport photographs (white background)
- Birth certificate or sworn age declaration
- WAEC / NECO result or certificate
- Primary School Leaving Certificate
- Valid government-issued ID
- Guarantor form (downloadable from Downloads)
Pay Application Fee
A non-refundable application processing fee is required. You may pay via bank transfer, mobile banking, or in person at the bursary. Contact the admissions office for the current fee amount and bank details.
Complete Application Form
Fill in the online application form carefully and completely. Provide accurate personal information, educational background, programme choice, and upload your documents. Alternatively, collect a paper form from the admissions office and submit in person.

The admissions team reviews applications within 5–7 working days. You will be notified of the outcome by email and SMS. If shortlisted, you may be invited for a brief screening interview or submission of additional documents.
Accept Offer & Pay School Fees
Upon receiving your admission letter, accept your offer and pay school fees to secure your place. Present your payment receipt at registration/orientation. Congratulations — you're officially a Hephzibah student! 🎉
