How to Access the
Staff Portal
New to the portal? Follow these steps to get up and running quickly.
Upon employment or appointment, the ICT Department will provide your Staff ID and a temporary password via your official college email address.
Choose the appropriate role (Lecturer, Admin Staff, or HOD) from the role selector on the login page before entering your credentials.
Sign in with your temporary credentials. You will be prompted to set a strong, unique password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters and include a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Upload your profile photo, verify your department allocation, and review your assigned courses to ensure accuracy. Report any discrepancies to the HOD immediately.
New staff members are encouraged to attend the brief portal orientation session held by the ICT Department at the start of each semester. Contact IT for the schedule.
Never share your portal credentials with anyone, including students. Always log out when using shared computers. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact IT support immediately.
